1. Try Using the Chewies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Invisalign kits come with some soft cylindrical chew sticks that can be used to seat your aligners. These chewies are made so that you can bite down on them and gently work your aligners into place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start by putting your aligners on, then bite down on the chewie starting at the back of your teeth and working it around to the other side. This will get rid of any excess air bubbles that may be the cause of their mischief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Inspect the Aligners for Damage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Invisalign uses a durable proprietary plastic that can stand up to significant pressure from bite force. However, they\u2019re not indestructible. The trays can get cracks in them, but there\u2019s no need to panic unless it\u2019s hindering your ability to wear them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
