This is due, in part, to the\nfact that wearing dentures at night makes it more difficult to swallow excess\nfluid. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Take Care of Your Dentures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Look at it this way: no one is going to see you while you\u2019re\nasleep, so you don\u2019t need to worry about wearing your dentures at night.\nInstead, here are a few tips to think about before you go to bed tonight:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brush your dentures with a soft toothbrush and\ndenture cleanser to remove bacteria and food particles. <\/li><li>Brush your gums and tongue with a separate\nsoft-bristled toothbrush to keep them healthy and bacteria-free.<\/li><li>Soak your dentures in water or a denture cleaner\nwhile sleeping. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll also want to make sure that you rinse your dentures\nthoroughly before putting them in your mouth the next morning as well as remove\nand rinse them after eating.
